What are the system requirements?
None at all, because MyArchitectAI runs in your browser. That's also why you can use it on any device, even Macs, tablets, and mobile phones. The images are rendered on our GPUs and only then displayed in your browser. That's why the process doesn't overload your computer like most traditional renderers.
How long does it take to learn MyArchitectAI?
Most users are able to create great-looking renders in minutes from signing up. Our AI engine automates all the heavy lifting for you, so all you need is to upload your design, and a couple of mouse clicks. And if you need any help, use our
tutorials, or ask us for extra tips using the chat.
What file formats are supported?
MyArchitectAI supports JPEG, PNG, and WEBP formats.
What kind of designs are supported?
CAD exports (except for floor plans), line drawings, and hand sketches.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Click the "manage subscription" link in the top right corner, that will be available after upgrading to a Pro plan, and cancel your plan anytime you need. You'll be able to continue using our software until your billing period ends.
