The Role
We're looking for a Customer Education Specialist to help our users get the most out of MyArchitectAI. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend most of your time on 1:1 demos and training calls with users and teams, walking them through the platform and showing them how to get the best results.
When you're not on calls, you'll create educational content like video tutorials, written guides, and walkthroughs that help users succeed on their own.
What You'll Do
- Run 1:1 demo and training calls with users and teams, showing them how to use the platform effectively
- Help users troubleshoot rendering issues and optimize their workflow
- Create video tutorials and written guides covering key features and best practices
- Build out our knowledge base and help center content
- Collect and relay user feedback to the product team to help us improve the tool
- Stay up to date with new features and become the go-to expert on the platform
What We're Looking For
- Background in architecture, interior design, 3D modelling or a related field (students welcome), OR strong general software aptitude and a knack for picking up new tools quickly
- Comfortable on camera and on calls. You'll be the face of the product for many of our users
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and priorities in a remote setup
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls
- Available during US business hours (some flexibility is fine)
Nice to Have
- Experience with visualization or 3D modelling tools
- Experience creating educational or tutorial content (YouTube, courses, documentation)
